Founder & CEO | Licensed Professional Counselor | Licensed Behavior Analyst | Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Behavior Analyst, Board Certified in Behavior Analysis. With over 15 years of experience in the field, I founded Mindscapes Behavioral Health with the goal of creating a supportive, collaborative space for children, adolescents, and young adults to grow and thrive. At our clinic, we provide a blend of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Clinical Behavior Analysis (CBA), and counseling services. I feel fortunate to work alongside a dedicated team, helping individuals and families navigate challenges with compassion and evidence-based care.
I’m deeply passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based services that create meaningful and lasting change. At Mindscapes, we’re committed to offering not only excellent clinical care but also a welcoming, inclusive environment where clients and staff feel supported and valued. One of the things I value most is building a workplace culture where our team is excited to come to work each day—where collaboration, growth, and mutual respect are part of the fabric of what we do.
With training and licensure in both counseling and behavior analysis, I’ve found that having a foot in both worlds allows for a more integrated and flexible approach to care. I specialize in supporting individuals with neurodivergent differences such as Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, OCD, and other behavioral and developmental differences. My clinical work combines applied and clinical behavior analysis with counseling practices, including functional analytic psychotherapy, always with a focus on enhancing the well-being of both individuals and their families.
What motivates me most is witnessing the relationships that grow—between our team and the clients we serve, within families who finally feel seen and supported, and among team members as they step into their potential. Those moments of connection, growth, and empowerment are the heart of this work—and the reason I do what I do.
At Mindscapes, our focus is on fostering growth, empowerment, and connection—creating a safe and nurturing space where children, families, and our team can truly thrive.
Our work is guided by a set of core values that shape everything we do:
We build trust through integrity and thoughtful decisions in every client interaction.
We bring positive energy and dedication to create progress for those we serve.
We deliver consistent, reliable treatment with excellence to ensure meaningful outcomes.
And we passionately embrace each person’s unique journey, recognizing the strengths and potential of every individual.
